Based on the track of the same name from 2001’s Mario Kart: Super Circuit on the Game Boy Advance, Mario Circuit is a short, simple course, but it features a nod to a long-forgotten Nintendo toy.

Whereas the first track of the Mushroom Cup, Mario Kart Stadium, was a loud and boisterous affair, Moo Moo Meadows, the first track of the Shell Cup, exudes a quiet, quaint aura.

The enchanted monolithic Runestones were built by the high elves millennia ago to mask their lands from extradimensional threats. But today, few remain – and even fewer are still operational.

The Cap Kingdom is a strange, gloomy, monochromatic land, which wouldn’t look out of place in a Tim Burton film. The night sky is dark, but the light of the gigantic yellow moon is more than enough to illuminate the mysterious land.

The claustrophobic corridors and hidden rooms of the Spencer Mansion radiate an uneasy and unnatural energy. This is a building that is trying to kill you.
