Porygon is an artificial Pokémon made entirely out of programming code. Its inorganic body is made out of pink and blue polyhedra and prisms, which make it look like a bizarre digital cartoon bird.

What if animals evolved to human-levels of consciousness, intelligence, and civilisation? What if they lived in a world inhabited only by them? What would a city built by animals look like? These were the questions that inspired Walt Disney’s Zootopia.

Delibird carries a sack-like tail full of presents, it is decked out in festive colours, and it has a long white ‘beard’. If any Pokémon could be called a ‘Christmas Pokémon’, it would surely be this one.

In a game that takes a top-down perspective of the map, the Warcraft III cinematics offered an opportunity to better immerse the player in the world of Azeroth.

One of the strangest and most mysterious Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Gold and Silver is the flat, thin, glyph-like Unown.. Even to this day, it remains one of the most peculiar and enigmatic Pokémon in the whole series.

In the Wooded Kingdom, flower fields and trees grow amongst ancient rusted metal, tended to by friendly robot gardeners. It is a land where nature and machinery coexist.
